Product Description

The DJControl Jog vision is the first mobile DJ controller to feature an LED display in the center of each jog wheel, high end jog wheels, and an air control all in one controller. The LED display simultaneously indicates both the playback speed and position in the track at a glance. These displays allows you to use the DJControl Jog vision visually as well as your computer screen. This really comes in hand for enhanced focus while mixing, faster responsiveness to track changes, and better track syncing. Now you can pay more attention to your music and your audience. When a track is playing, the screen on each jog wheel displays 2 easy-to-read concentric rings:- the larger ring (on the outer edge of the screen) rotates like a motor-driven 33⅓ or 45 rpm turntables, with the rotation speed varying according to the pitch adjustment; and - the smaller ring (in the center) indicates the position within the track, represented by way of 16 segments: the number of illuminated segments shows the current position in the track - from 1 segment at the beginning, to 16 segments at the end. When scratching, the screens guide you by indicating the amount of angular displacement: in the display, the you see the position that your hand can return to. By allowing DJs to perform based on what they see right at their fingertips, the DJControl Jog vision offers precision and speed unmatched in mobile DJing. Add in the air control, and the jog wheels and you have the perfect tool to take your parties to the next level. It's time to use your controller to move the crowd! IT'S YOUR TURN!

I was using a M Audio Xponent at the time and the one thing I loved about it was all the buttons and how well ...
Sometimes you just KNOW what you want. After looking for over a year, I saw this demoed at one of the shows (via youtube). I was using a M Audio Xponent at the time and the one thing I loved about it was all the buttons and how well it lit up and displayed volume, song length remaining and things like that. The Jogvision seemed to be similar but in a better size and had a mic input as well. It does light up pretty well and has some nice LED indicators for various things.I've been using the Jogvision since October now and I'm VERY happy with it. If I had just one suggest to give Hercules, it would be this. The mic has a button you can hit to turn it on. WHY on earth would you make the line in a software only feature that you have to dig into the driver to activate? That was highly disappointing. On the bright side, I've been using that feature less and less, but I still think it was a mistake to not have easy access to your line in. XLR outputs would also be a plus, but there is plenty of clean volume from this unit and it's very responsive.I am NOT using Serato with the Jogvision. I realize most people with use what they're give, but for those using Virtual DJ, rest assured, it works flawlessly with VDJ 8. I'm not a scratcher (yet) but I've been playing around and trying to learn a bit. By trade I do weddings and haven't had any requests for scratching, though I have used the Air FX quite a bit.If I had to rate this unit on a scale 1-10, I'd give it a 9. It's a great unit, but could use a few tweaks. Maybe version two?

You pretty much got to buy a Serato license if you want to use this properly. It's easy to use and after a year of using it on my weekly radio show, it's still going. There's a few things I wish it did, but it has the basics covered. I really like the sample pads, the looping functions and the wheel sensitivity. Look up The Land of Make Believe with Old Man Ratchet on YouTube to see it in use.

I really recomend Pioneer RR its almost the same price but works better even the Ddj SB2. But like i said for a house partties should be good.
