The picture was taken while sound-checking. Cables were taken care of before the program started.That's what happen when you are asked to set-up your lights, speaker, and projector 50feet away from the DJ booth. lol :)

Mabuhay mga kabayan! I'm Paul nga pala. I just got into this stuff a few months ago. I just tried the Virtual DJ Home Edition? The one that's free. I was so inlove with the mixing and DJ-ing concept that I bought my first DJ controller. A basic Numark Mixtrack Pro just this April, and I'm loving it!!! Anyhow, being a newbie about this stuff, maybe I could ask around this thread for some tips and tricks about Virtual DJ. I've seen and tried other similar and competitive software such as traktor pro, but so far, VDJ has been ♥ for me. So there, I hope I could hang out with you guys sometimes and help out a newbie like me. Thanks!

Onga pala guys, I notice that most of you are in other countries. Anybody still here in the Philippines? If it would not be too bothersome, I'd love to hang out and help at your gigs. Pwede akong maging tagabuhat at alalay or taga timpla ng kape :D I want to learn. Sabi nga sa pag lalagay sa resume. "Willing to learn" :)
 
Sayang kung andito ka lang sa Canada kailangan ko ng extra DJ sa mga overflow gigs.

Something you're gonna have fun with is mixing music videos. I'm doing on the third year now and considered as one of the top selling add-ons on my "other services." You could either start with a TV at home with a S-Video or VGA input and of course the best option for pro-use is a projector.

Sayang (uli) at walang music video supplier sa Pilipinas na katulad dito sa Canada.

Mga boss ask ko lang sana kung ano ba pwede gamitin nansound card sa vdj? Balak ko sana bumile ng vdj pro para gamitin sa djm 400 kaso di ko alam kung a
San makakabile ng soundcard sa pinas..

Dudes! Where can I get other effects, samples para sa VirtualDJ??
 
Buy the software at makuha mo lahat ng goodies you need.
Or bili ng controller na my VDJ LE kasama at register here para madownload mo mga effects na kailangan mo.

Regarding dun sa soundcard, meron ata sa CD-R King. It may not be a top quality soundcard, but it fits the bill. Or you could try sa RJ Music Centre if you're nasa QC area sa SM north, meron silang mga digital sound equipment dun.

I do belived in simplicity,specially in Mixing music.Hindi importante ang software application na ginagamit mo,ang importante is how you deliver your finished product.
it dosen't matter kung traktor ,pcdj or serato,as long na you make the party people groove ,end of the story.
 
Mga kababayan yun din ang napuna ko dito parang walang tao,pero ok lng let's make this site busy and more poductivity in new infromation that we can get and share to each other.

Mga boss pa help naman. possible ba na gawan ng shortcut key sa keyboard yung mga effects. kasi mahirap yung pa change change gamit ng mouse or touchpad para lang sa effects. any help?
