Hello friends, thank you for developing new plug-ins for VDJ;

However, I encountered coding problems in the test. The name in tracklist.txt file is correct, but the display is wrong(random code/messy code) after I configure it in your script,Only numbers can be displayed correctly. Please fix it in time,looking forward to your new works : ).

UTF8(BOM) and GBK(2312) have been tested.

Thank you for the feedback and details. That is very strange. It looks like a language/localization setting somewhere. I will look into this further.

However, I just programmed a Now Playing application from scratch into an EXE file for Windows operating system. I used it for 2-hours this morning during a show and it worked great. The application does not require Excel - it is a stand alone project. If you can, when it is published, please try that one instead.

The exe Addon is available now, but we also kept the old one for Mac users
 
I made one of these just the other day for RDS but it runs in app, I might generalise it with a format config file.

Oh interesting! I didn't realize VirtualDJ was Mac also. Thank you!

Sounds good. I'm glad there is some activity and interest in this type of app/addon/plugin.

unfortunately I have the same problem
 
Use made tools (that are essentially programs) have been removed due to security and practical concerns.
For now, you can contact Support if you really want to use such tools

Maybe a warning in the corresponding tools would be an acceptable solution?s
