Tema: Offline play unavailable - why???
When I try to play songs from my offline cache I receive a pop-up saying to connect to the internet and redownload the file - why is this place?

I can see the tracks in the offline cache.

The cache needs renewed periodically to check your subscription is still active.

With right click on a specific track you should see "Refresh DRM" option.
You can also check if you have autoRefreshDRM = yes in Options.

Thanks but that hasn't worked - I'm refreshing DRMs on tracks that are in the offline cache but I'm receiving the same pop-up.

log out and log back in [right click your content provider folder.]

Give us a bit more info.

What service are you using? How long have the tracks been in your cache? Have you checked to see if the service still has the tracks available?
