Hi, i have virtual DJ pro and numark dj2go2 controller. i have spent hours and hours trying to get sound from speakers but no good. i have sound from the headphones but not the speakers. i apologise if this is an obvious problem but i have a session on Friday and would apppreciate your help. A picture of your soundconfig usually helps,
but it could be that windows is taking ownership of the audio device, if you play a YT video from your web browser do you get output then?

Sorry clicked post too quickly. Yes, also a photo of the audio set up.
The DJ controller is new, as i thought it could be a problem with the old controller.
What is weird is if i set up mu focusrite 212 scarlet in the audio configuration, i get sound from the speakers but i am by-passing my controller and i need the controller to DJ.
I am incredilbly grateful for any help you can give.

Are Speakers connected to the Master Output socket of the DJ2GO ?
If they are, then check you System Volume in Windows Sound Settings, should be at a high-enough level.

Yes cable plugged into speaker output of dj2go2 and all volumes at 100%
something i just noticed, if i plug my speakers into the headphone input they work, but unable to properly DJ as crossfader does not work
